What exactly do I receive when I purchase a design package?
Each package includes a high-resolution Digital Mood Board that sets the visual direction and a Master Shopping List. The shopping list contains direct, clickable links to every item shown, from furniture down to the finishing decor touches.
Are these designs exclusive to one person?
To keep our price point accessible for growing design businesses, our "Shop the Look" boards are sold to multiple users. However, we offer Limited Edition drops and Custom 1-on-1 Sourcing if you require a completely unique aesthetic for a specific client.
Do you offer custom mood boards?
Yes! If you love our style but need a design tailored to a specific floor plan or a unique niche, we offer custom design services.
What happens if an item on the shopping list is out of stock?
Inventory in the interior world moves fast! We update our active shopping lists monthly. If you find a broken link or a discontinued item within 30 days of purchase, email us and we will provide a similar alternative free of charge.
Where do you source your items from?
I prioritize reputable brands such as Amazon and Wayfair. I aim for a mix of high-low price points to ensure your project stays within your investment.
How do I access my files after purchasing my pre-made template?
Instantly! Once your payment is processed, you will be able to download your PDF package. We recommend saving these to your desktop or a cloud drive immediately.
Can I edit the mood boards myself?
Our standard packages are delivered as standard PDFs. However, we offer "Pro-Designer" versions for an additional fee that include Canva Editable Templates, allowing you to swap out items or add your own branding before presenting to a client.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of these products, we do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
